By creating an account on Challenge Buddy ("the app", "we", "us"), you agree to these terms. You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for activity under your account.
Challenge Buddy has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior. Challenge descriptions, check-ins and photos, and group chat messages are user-generated content (UGC). You may not upload, post, or share content that includes:
You can report content or users and block users through the controls in the app. We review reports and may remove confirmed violating content and suspend or terminate the responsible account within 24 hours. We may also remove content or restrict accounts when needed to protect our community or comply with law.
You retain ownership of content you upload, but grant us a license to store and display it within the app to provide the service.
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. Challenges and check-ins are user-generated; we are not responsible for their accuracy or outcome.
We may update these terms. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
